HubSpot and Salesforce dialing.
Simplified.
We dial the list. You take the calls.
How it works
- 1
Add to Chrome
Install the extension and sign in. Enter FREE10 when you pick your plan. - 2
Connect your CRM
Connect HubSpot or Salesforce with your own login. Some orgs need an admin to approve the app once. - 3
Press dial
Unanswered calls roll straight to the next contact. After a conversation, one click on Continue and the next one is ringing. - 4
Calls log themselves
Once HubSpot or Salesforce is connected, the call, its length and your note land on the record. Your reports keep working.
Power Dialer at a glance
| Works with | HubSpot and Salesforce, in Google Chrome on a computer. |
|---|---|
| What it takes off your plate | Clicking to the next contact, waiting for the beep (with Drop VM on) and, once HubSpot or Salesforce is connected, logging the call. No migration: your records stay in your CRM, and only the contacts you queue go to Outbound to place the calls. |
| Lines | 1 line on Lite. Parallel dialing (Beta) on Starter (2 lines), Pro (3 lines) and Teams (5 lines). |
| Voicemail | Record your message once and turn on Drop VM. On one line you hear every answer, and one click leaves your message after the beep. On 2 or more lines (Beta), when Outbound detects a voicemail before you are on the call, your message goes on after the beep and the line moves on. |
| Connect Score | On Pro and Teams, the first 50 contacts in your queue get a Connect Score and the highest go first, so each block starts with the people most likely to pick up right now. |
| Logging | Once HubSpot or Salesforce is connected, every call to a contact lands back on the record with its length and the rep's note. |

Power Dialer questions
Does it work with HubSpot?
Yes. Add it to Chrome, connect HubSpot with your own login and dial from the records you already have open. Once it's connected, calls write back to the contact.
Does it work with Salesforce?
Yes, the same way: connect Salesforce once, and each call lands on the record it came from.
Do we have to switch CRMs?
No. It's a Chrome extension that opens beside HubSpot or Salesforce. If you want a CRM too, Outbound CRM runs the same dialer.
How does voicemail drop work?
Record your message once and turn on Drop VM. On one line you hear every answer, and one click leaves your message after the beep while the next call starts. On 2 or more lines (Beta), when Outbound detects a voicemail before you are on the call, your message goes on after the beep and the line moves on.
What is parallel dialing (Beta)?
On Starter and up, switch on Parallel (Beta) and the dialer rings up to your plan's lines at once: 2 on Starter, 3 on Pro, 5 on Teams. When someone picks up, the rep takes the call.
What is Connect Score?
On Pro and Teams, the first 50 contacts in your queue get a Connect Score, and each block starts with the people most likely to answer right now.
What does it cost?
Lite $19, Starter $45, Pro $70 and Teams $150, per seat a month, month to month. After the trial, each rep's own calling number is a one-time $2.50 setup, free for the first 100 users.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Enter FREE10 when you pick your plan: 10 days free, no card, 200 dialing minutes.
Is Outbound part of HubSpot or Salesforce?
No. Outbound is an independent company. The extension connects to HubSpot or Salesforce only with your permission.
