What is the cheapest power dialer?
The cheapest is a free one: Outbound makes the dialer already built into your CRM auto-advance at no cost, forever, because it runs on your CRM's own phone system. Among paid self-serve tools the published floor is about $29/month (DialSheet); Outbound's own paid tiers run $45–$150/seat/month, and we don't claim to be the cheapest of them.
How much does a parallel dialer cost?
Public prices range from about $29/month (DialSheet) to $299/month (Salesfinity) per seat. CallCloud's parallel dialer is $125/seat/month, as a separate product from their $60 extension. Orum and Nooks don't publish prices, and Orum requires a 9-seat minimum before you can buy at all. Outbound's 5-line parallel dialing is in Beta, included on paid tiers from $70/seat/month.
Why do so many dialers hide their pricing?
Sales-led vendors (Salesloft, Outreach, Nooks, Orum) price by negotiation, which usually means higher list prices for smaller teams. Self-serve vendors (Outbound, CallCloud, most of the smaller tools above) publish a number because they're selling to individuals and small teams who won't book a call to find out.
