Plain-language summary. Tarmac is a sales CRM with a proprietary scoring engine. You own your data; we use it to power your dialer and your scoring. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to anonymous benchmark data sharing (per-source conversion rates only, never any PII or contact data). You can withdraw from sharing at any time in Settings. Workspaces created on or after September 28, 2026 also start with model training on, so the call recordings and transcripts you choose to keep can help improve our models; an owner or admin can turn it off at any time in Settings.
Tarmac (go-tarmac.com, operated by Tarmac) provides a cloud-hosted CRM with parallel dialing, contact scoring, cadences, and reporting. By creating an account you confirm you're 18 or older and authorized to bind your workspace.
You own your data. We store it on your behalf so the product works. You can export your full workspace at any time as JSON or CSV (Settings → Workspace data). When you delete your account, workspaces where you are the only member are deleted immediately, and we do not offer recovery. When you delete your account, we ask our carrier, Telnyx, to delete the recordings stored for those workspaces; this is best effort, and a recording that another workspace also references is not deleted. Copies in our database and storage backups expire on their normal backup schedule. Recordings from before our move to Telnyx are not deleted from Twilio. We keep de-identified call-outcome statistics (no names, numbers, notes, recordings or transcripts). If your workspace had model training on, training data already derived from contributed calls (for example, entries in our answering-machine detection library and measurements derived from those calls in our training datasets) is retained, as described in the model training clause in section 7.
This clause is included in the agreement you accept at signup. Sharing
is enabled by default for every new workspace so Tarmac's benchmarks improve for
everyone. You can withdraw at any time in Settings → Algorithm → Anonymous
benchmark sharing.
Flip the checkbox in Settings → Algorithm to opt out. Once withdrawn, your
future per-source conversion data stops flowing into the aggregate. Previously-contributed
aggregate data cannot be removed because it's already anonymized and merged, but it never
contained any identifying information about you to begin with.
Tarmac's contact-scoring model (a logistic regression over six engagement features plus an engagement-bonus guardrail) is proprietary. We display the score (0–100) and a human-readable explanation; we do not expose the coefficients or weights. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer the model from its outputs.
LUIGI14 promo code adds 7 days to a workspace's trial (one redemption per person and per workspace, while redemptions remain).Settings → Billing · service ends at the end of your billing period.Tarmac lets you place voice calls and send SMS/MMS text messages to the people in your workspace. When you do, you, not Tarmac, are the sender and initiator of that call or message. You choose the recipients, the content, and the timing; Tarmac is the software you use to send it.
STOP/HELP keywords and suppresses opted-out numbers across your workspace; you must not try to bypass opt-outs.Full terms. Calling and texting are governed by the Communications & Messaging Terms, which are part of this agreement. By enabling texting (checking the activation box and paying the activation fee), an authorized workspace admin accepts those terms.
Workspaces are scoped per Postgres row · sessions are HTTP-only cookies · all traffic over TLS 1.3. Call recordings (off unless a workspace owner or admin turns them on) are stored with our voice carrier, Telnyx, under its security posture. Sub-processors: Neon (Postgres), Telnyx (voice, texting, number provisioning, call recordings), Deepgram (live and saved call transcription, voicemail transcription, and captions for the greeting and screener clips you record; we opt out of Deepgram's model improvement program on every request, so Deepgram does not use our call audio to train its models), Anthropic (only for AI features we have enabled: answering-machine classification of call text, only for workspaces that have both model training and saved transcripts on; AI call summaries, currently limited to Outbound's own internal workspaces; under its commercial terms, Anthropic does not use that text to train its models), Resend (email, including voicemail notifications), Twilio (our previous voice carrier, which may still hold recordings and voicemails from before our move to Telnyx), Google (sign-in, Google Workspace SSO, Calendar for follow-ups you schedule, Places for address autocomplete), Plausible (website analytics on our marketing pages and in the web app), Fly.io (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS + tunnel), Stripe (billing, when enabled).
Service provided "as is." We don't warrant any specific dial outcome, pickup rate, or revenue lift. Liability cap = the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Tarmac in the 12 months preceding the claim.
