Outbound vs. CallCloud: the honest version

Every claim below traces to CallCloud's own pricing and product pages, checked 2026-09-08. Where we're behind, we say so; the point of this page is to be the one you can actually trust.

The one thing to know

CallCloud splits into two separate products. Outbound doesn't.

CallCloud's $60/seat Chrome extension (the one that lives inside Salesloft, Outreach, and HubSpot) is sequential dialing only. Their 5-line parallel dialer is a separate $125/seat standalone app at a different URL, not an overlay on your CRM at all. Outbound ships one extension: sequential auto-dial today, with parallel dialing (2 lines on Starter, 3 on Pro, 5 on Teams) available as a BETA you can request, inside the same CRM overlay, on one bill.

Price by price

CallCloud's own pricing page, and ours, both checked 2026-09-08.

Outbound
$19→$45→$70→$150

Lite at $19/seat/mo gives you one sequential line on Outbound's own number, dialed from a side panel inside your CRM, with writeback (it can also auto-advance your CRM's built-in dialer). Starter, Pro, and Teams ($45 to $150/seat/mo) add 2, 3, and 5 parallel lines (Beta). Machine detection is on every tier. 3-day free trial, month-to-month throughout; Teams needs 2 seats.

CallCloud
$60+$125

$60/seat/mo for the sequential Chrome extension. Parallel dialing requires their separate $125/seat/mo Web Dialer: a second product, a second bill, and no CRM overlay for it. No published free tier.

Questions we'd ask if we were you

How does Outbound's price compare to CallCloud?
Both are paid, month-to-month. Our dialer runs $19 to $150/seat/month with a 3-day free trial, starting with Lite at $19, which dials from a Chrome side panel inside your CRM, on Outbound's own line. Theirs is a $60 extension or a separate $125 parallel dialer. We don't try to be the cheapest; we're the only one whose parallel dialing runs inside your CRM instead of a separate app.
Does CallCloud's extension parallel-dial?
No. Their $60 Chrome extension is sequential-only. The 5-line parallel dialer is a standalone web app at a different URL, not an overlay on Salesloft, Outreach, or HubSpot.
What does Outbound not do yet that CallCloud does?
Two honest ones: CallCloud publishes real fleet-level connect-speed data (early-hang-up rate, spam-flag rate); we measure the same thing internally but haven't put it on a public page yet. And they ship a public, no-auth developer API; ours is not yet public on any dialer tier. We're not hiding either gap.
Is parallel dialing on Outbound actually ready?
It's in Beta. Sequential auto-dial is the product we're standing behind today, on every CRM we support. Request Beta access from Settings once you've installed, and we'll be straight with you about where it stands.
