If you've searched this, you've probably already found the problem: nearly every well-known parallel or power dialer treats Salesforce as an afterthought. They build for Salesloft and Outreach first, because that's where the SDR-tool category grew up, and Salesforce support gets added later, often as a separate product, not the same one.
What "works with Salesforce" actually means, vendor by vendor
This is the distinction that matters and most comparison pages skip it: does the dialer live inside Salesforce as a browser overlay on the record you're already viewing, or does it require you to leave Salesforce and dial from a separate app that syncs back later?
| Dialer | Runs inside Salesforce? | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Outbound | Yes: Chrome extension overlay | Same product also supports Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Dynamics, Zoho. |
| CallCloud | Only via a separate app | Their Chrome extension covers Salesloft/Outreach/HubSpot only. Salesforce support lives in "Web Dialer," a standalone browser app that isn't a Salesforce overlay. |
| Orum | No | Standalone workspace. Syncs to Salesforce; doesn't dial from inside it. 9-seat minimum to buy at all. |
| Nooks | No | Standalone workspace with native Salesforce sync. Its Chrome extension is a LinkedIn-profile viewer, not a dialer. |
| Native Salesforce dialer add-ons | Yes, but no parallel dialing | Salesforce's own Sales Dialer add-on is single-line only, "starting at $5/user/month" on top of a Sales Cloud license. |
What to actually look for
- Does it dial from the record you're already on? If the answer requires opening a second tab or app, every call adds a context switch a rep will eventually skip.
- Does the disposition write back automatically? A dialer that logs to its own database and syncs to Salesforce "later" means your pipeline reports are stale by however long that sync takes.
- Is machine detection advisory or a hard gate? A verdict that blocks the bridge for half a second to "decide" adds exactly the dead-air pause that makes a rep sound like a robocall.
- What's the real seat minimum? Orum's is 9, published on their own pricing page: a 5-person Salesforce team can't buy it regardless of budget.
The honest gap on our side
We don't yet publish our own measured connect-speed numbers the way one competitor (CallCloud) has started to. That's real, and it's on our list. What we do have today: a working overlay inside Salesforce Lightning, plans from $19 to $150/seat/month with a 3-day free trial, and pricing that starts at a single seat.
